Terms

Last updated October 12, 2026

These terms cover this site and anything you buy through it from Bayless LLC, a Texas company.

Training is at your own risk

Throwing, especially at high intent and with weighted balls, puts real stress on the arm. Nothing here is medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new program. Stop if something hurts, and follow the stop rules that come with every program. You're responsible for how you train.

TOGS is not medical advice, and the numbers are estimates

TOGS is a tool for keeping track of your own training. It is not medical advice, and it doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any injury or condition. Throwing carries a real risk of injury, and you use TOGS and train at your own risk.

The workload numbers TOGS shows are estimates calculated from what you or your coach log. They are not measurements. They can be wrong, for example if a throw is missing or the effort or velocity entered isn't accurate. TOGS doesn't tell you what to throw or when to rest. Decisions about your training are yours and your coach's. See a doctor or athletic trainer if you have pain or any health concern, and stop if something hurts.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bayless LLC isn't liable for injuries, losses or decisions arising from your use of TOGS.

Athletes in remote coaching, lessons and camps also sign a separate participant agreement before they start.

Digital products

When you buy an eBook or program, it's for your own use. Please don't share, copy or resell it.

Remote coaching

Remote coaching is month to month. Give a week's notice to cancel.

TOGS subscriptions

TOGS is a monthly subscription from Bayless LLC. It renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing link in the app. When you cancel, your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for, and then stops. We keep your data after that so you can come back.

All sales are final. We don't refund a month already paid, including part of a month.

Upgrading. If you add to your plan, for example planning your own workouts, the added price is billed from the day you add it, prorated for the rest of the month. You can remove an add-on at any time, and it stops at the end of the period you've paid for.

Price changes. If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies. You can cancel before then.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we'll try again and you'll have 3 days of access while you update your card. After that, access is paused until payment goes through. Your data is kept.

Teams. Team packages are billed by invoice to the coach or program, for the number of arms and the period stated on the invoice. The coach is responsible for the athletes on the team's list. Parents or guardians consent for athletes under 18.

Under 18. TOGS may be used by athletes under 18 only with a parent or guardian's help and consent. The minimum age is 10. For athletes 10 to 12, a parent or guardian must create the account, using the parent's email, and consent to the data described on our Privacy page.

No affiliation

TOGS and Bayless LLC are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any team, league, brand, school or platform mentioned or shown on this site or in the app. Team names, brand names and logos are the property of their owners and appear only to describe the author's own experience or to identify products.
