This site is run by Bayless LLC, a Texas company, for Jarod Bayless's coaching and training products. Here's what it collects and why, in plain terms.
What we collect
- When you apply for coaching: your name, age, level, school or team, phone number, Instagram, and what you're working toward.
- When you sign up for updates: your email address.
- When you buy something: your name, email and what you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you use the TOGS app: your email (to sign in), your throwing logs (dates, throw counts, velocities and effort you enter, session type), any notes you add, and, if you're on a team, the team you belong to. If you upload a screenshot so the app can read the numbers in it, we process that image to extract the numbers.
How it's used
Only to do what you asked: answer your application, deliver what you bought, and send the emails you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
Who else sees it
We don't sell your information and we don't run ads. It's shared only with the services that run this site and the app: Netlify (hosting and forms), Stripe (payments), Supabase (the TOGS database and sign-in) and our email provider. If you upload a screenshot, Anthropic processes the image to read the numbers in it.
If you're on a team in TOGS, your coach can see your logs for that team, including workload and the 7-day and 28-day numbers. Nobody else can.
Under 18
Many of the athletes we work with are in high school, and many TOGS users are minors. TOGS is for ages 10 and up. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should set up your account or apply with you, and may ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time. If you're 10 to 12, a parent or guardian must create the TOGS account.
Deleting your information
Ask, and we'll delete what we have about you, including your TOGS account and throwing logs, except what we're required to keep for tax records.
